The difference is in the taste. Aaron and Carly's orchard combines fruit trees with beneficial plants to produce succulent fruit that shines with nutrients and flavour. The soil is enriched with cover crops and chickens hunt down pests and add nutrients to the soil. Each of their 70+ varieties of fruit are allowed to ripen beautifully in the sun.

By understanding the biology in their soil, the Axten family is rebuilding healthy microbial life on their wheat farm. When the soil is teaming with life, it can hold in water like a sponge, and make water and nutrients available to their crops.
